my training partner always goes for 2 hours (natural) and it just wears me out.
i actually like to keep mine around an hour i find i have better results and actually gain less if i do 2 hours rather than 1. anyone have any experience with this?

45 mins-60mins
me 45 mins usually 1hr max
60 mins top
one hour..then some cardio
Average 45 min. Then another 30 to 90 min. cardio. 6 days a week.
Never over an hour. 45-50 mins usually.
An hour MAX, for me, any more and i know im just wasting time
About 45 minutes, I keep all sets about 45 seconds to a minute apart and that has worked well for me.
1.5hrs. to 2hrs. on cycle and about 75 minutes off cycle.
1 hour to 1hour 15 min
Usually about a hour. Every third week I will do some volume training this takes it up about another half hour. ***ends on your pace. I've seen some people in the gym forever and don't even lift a weight. talk talk talk lol

***ends on which workout I'm doing... My intense workout with low sets is usually 30-45 minutes whilst my high volume set workout (one of Arnold's) usually lasts an 1 and fifteen to two hours... I used to get tired halfway on my Arnold workout, but I tried drinking half a red line before and it keeps me hungry for more so I'm gunna stick to drinking those!

***ending on what group(s) I'm working between 1-2 hrs. Thats three warmup sets + three 6-7 rep max sets with 4 mins in between sets. Example: flat bench, incline, military press, and skull crusher. This is my tricep/chest day. I think I am gonna have to cut back though I think I'm isolating my triceps a little too hard.

ya 2 hours ruins me tho. even tho im taking 3-4 minute breaks between HEAVY sets, aka 6 rep deads, squats, and benches the extra time in there kills me. im figuring out a way to ct down volume because he says were not doing enough! HES NATURAL TOO!
I do alot of stretching but the actual pumping of the iron doesnt ever go past 45-50 mins
i will never do any type of resistance training longer than 45minutes.. its just dumb to go over it for BB'n purposes.. now for str training/form training/strongman trainng 2-3hrs a day LOL
