ok just need to clear things up...PCT training??
for example need...I'm using nolvadex at 40mg / day and proviron and proviron 50 mg / day for a 4 week PCT.
Normally i'm into the gym 5 times a week and 4 times a weeks the others weeks and always alternate like this. Do i must train harder for shorter time, or train easier for longer? Any idea on what's real? Many thought on that.
I normally train an hour and half.
