    clear it up please?

    ok just need to clear things up...PCT training??

    for example need...I'm using nolvadex at 40mg / day and proviron and proviron 50 mg / day for a 4 week PCT.

    Normally i'm into the gym 5 times a week and 4 times a weeks the others weeks and always alternate like this. Do i must train harder for shorter time, or train easier for longer? Any idea on what's real? Many thought on that.

    I normally train an hour and half.

    I dont think it's necessarily in the wrong forum but oh well

    Anywayz, I always train with the same intensity on and off...The only thing I change is that I don't train as long. During PCT, my workouts hover between 45 to 60 min tops
