    Question regarding close grip B/press

Does anyone feel a lot of stress on the front delts when doing them. How can I totally focus on only my tri's ?

I make sure the bar is kept right around my nips when doing this movement maybe a bit under...i use light enough weight and try to keep my elbows tucked in at all times

i can see your shoulders comming into play if you lower the bar down on your upper chest making your front delts work harder to move the weight to start the exercise, or if your doing too much weight and your just moving the weight

try to start with much less weight and see if you can make the mind muscle connection and leave out the delts, when u can then start adding the weight.

keep your grop at shoulder width, dont go any closer than that, good recomendation is putpointer fingers or thumbs on the bar where the grip starts, not on the smoothe part of the bar
