    Leg routine help

I am wanting to split my leg routine up to quads one day and hams and calfs another. What exercises would be best for each day to isolate my quads and then my hams?

i'd say you can hit your quads nice and hard with squats, leg press, leg extensions and lunges...these are all heavy but if you just hitting quads in one day go all out and heavy and really work hard..

hammies you can do stiff-legged deadlifts, leg curls, leg press, and someone else insert an exercise here...calves are easy standing calf raises seated calf raises donkey calf raises w/e you want..

what he said, front squats are all I do, neck injury. They work wonders, I can barley walk after this mornings workout.
