Tempo
What tempo do you guys do, do you do different tempos for different muscles and should you do less sets the longer the tempo. Should you go slow on both the up and down movement or slow on the lowering part and push with explosive power. Thanks for any help.

I use a pretty fast tempo for everything, ofcourse it gets slow on the up close to failure. I tend to explode up fast and control down a bit slower.
For somthing like squats where you can really rest inbewteen reps its up, down very fast until failure and then ill pause at the top for some breathing and then up, down fast again till failure.
