Hands shaking when doing close grip b press

I'm on this new routine right now.

    Monday - chest, shoulders, triceps
    Wednesday - abs, legs, calfs
    Friday - back, biceps, traps

It is pretty much I set per exercise, two exercises per body part. The first exercise includes few warm ups for that body part.

Right now I'm cutting as well. So on off days, I'm doing my cardio.

Here is the question. After I do my b press, flyes, shoulder press, lateral raises, bent over raises, I do a 1 set warm-up for triceps. When I lift the bar to do a work set, it's like I can't hold the bar. As soon as I start lowering, my hands start shaking like crazy and I have to stop or I might risk droping the bar onto my chest.

Not sure what is going on. Any ideas?

I'm taking in around 150g of carbs right now.

    I'm taking t-3 @ 80, clen @ 100, and var @ 50.

    Thanks.

carbs are low even for cutting bro, you can eat carbs while cutting they just have to be at the right time of the day, for you, it would be ideal breakfast pwo asnd ppwo, but other then carbs being low i have no idea, maybe the motion just isn't natural to your body

Thanks. Maybe you're right with the carbs. But then again, I've read people doing next to nothing in carbs.

I usually have majority of my carbs in the morning and pwo anyway.

The weight seems to be heavy to me. But if it weren't for the shaky hands, I should be able to do 6-7 reps. I mean, I can do the bench press then shoulder press ok.

I don't have much to play in terms of carbs as I'm keeping my calories at around 12% reduction. My protein is on the higher side, around 350-400g and then I have fats.

This weekend, I'm doing a refuel of carbs/calories for two days instead of just one. Will see how this improves things.

Try lowering the weight a bit, the exercise may just be a bit awkward for you. You can still reap the benefit with the lower weight, just push out a few extra reps or something.
