Same here bro. i started to take glucosamine hope it helps cause i love that excercise.. i just change it up so i don't do the same movements, and then incorporate them later in my workout when my elbows arent all torn up.
Well, with skullcrushers make sure that your elbows are very close to your head and that you are not performing them with a wide grip. Wide grips can put undue straing on your elbows and ligaments. Also, you might be lifting too heavy; do 6 reps with heavy weight but no to failure.
I had the same prob when I first started using skullcrushers. Then, I started doing them with an EZ Curl Bar and haven't had any pain since. Now they're a staple in my Tri routine.

Ez curl bar will solve your problems. I do 3x10 no problem, they have never bothered me
