    BB guide lines?

Well, I just wanted to make sure, I am doing everything I can to maximize growth. I want to be BIG.
Is there some good read about guidelines for BB.
I don't need anything about diet.
Things like, % intesity, workout sessios lenght etc. Simple things that I need to know to maximize that size gain!
    Thanks fellas.

Yeah... man, I just ask questions for which answers are well known to me.
I think I am just paranoid about that I might be missing something. Or because I've heard so much sh!t about each topic that I am not sure who is right, the guy talking about diet in the sticky topic or the guy writing about nutrient timing in his book.
Man, all this sh!t to go through, just to find a better way to reach the goal.
All these bodybuilders, man, makes it even more amazing..... how much HARD work and how much time they had to spend to be where they are at now. Dedication, disipline, knowledge... wow. More I learn about this stuff, the tougher it appears.
