    Opinions on WO schedule

    Mon-Chest/Shoulders
    tues-calves/quads
    weds-off
    thurs-Chest/biceps
    friday-calves/hams or off
    sat-back/tris
    sun-off
    Any suggestions are appreciated. Im in Afghanistan so the schedule gets a few extra rest days thrown in a lot but followed relatively closely, the foods are usually microwaved and include no veggies or fruit and its hot as hell. Needless to say weight is hard to maintain. The main thing is the spilt ok, I a shit ton of different programs on here and needed something basic. Is it bad to do hams/lower back stuff on say a chest/bicep day?

    not bad but ur tris and bis might still be sore from ur chest/bis when ur going into ur back/tris day

    I dont see delts at all... is there a rationale behind that?

    Sorry, should be shoulders/chest on monday, not biceps. Is it bad to do the whole arm in one day? Like If i did Biceps, Triceps and delts? Would the one below be any better?

    I'd say to move your tris same day as your chest...other than that, you're good to go.
