weds-off
thurs-Chest/biceps
friday-calves/hams or off
sat-back/tris
sun-off
Any suggestions are appreciated. Im in Afghanistan so the schedule gets a few extra rest days thrown in a lot but followed relatively closely, the foods are usually microwaved and include no veggies or fruit and its hot as hell. Needless to say weight is hard to maintain. The main thing is the spilt ok, I a shit ton of different programs on here and needed something basic. Is it bad to do hams/lower back stuff on say a chest/bicep day?
