    Morning Trainees!

Just switched over to am training after my first meal. Feels WONDERFUL to just relax and eat and not have to worry about training later.....question.....in the evening after work, do you guys typically just lounge, watch some tube, relax a fuel up for the next days training session or do you do something else? Trouble with me is I feel like I need to train again (lol) since it's been 10 hours and I've had 6 meals....but I wont and dont. Is it cool to just relax and eat, are you truly fueling up for the next day or proning yourself to fat gain?

Fat gain should be the least of your concerns but no, you're not gonna "get fat" if you stick to your diet plan and keep your macros in check. What are you gonna do? Train then eat once and not eat for the rest of the day? Use your head.

See, I'm recovering all day, so by the time 8pm comes along I'm so ready to train again, that sleeping is tough....so, I've heard those that rain early taper off there cals as the day goes on for example...
DECENT SIZE MEAL THEN WAIT 1+ HOURS
    TRAIN
    SHAKE./RICE CAKES, ETC
    BIG MEAL
    GOOD SIZE MEAL
    SMALLER SNACK P/C
THEN LAST 2-3 ARE SMALLER, P/F MEALS....

THE MEALS PRE BED, SAY THE ONE 2 HOURS PRE AND THEN THE ONE MINUTES BEOFRE....SHOULD THOS BE BIGGER AS YOU ARE FUEling for tomorrow's am session, or is it still recovery and keep em small?

^^ your overanalizing to much columbus,

I understand your logic but your breaking it down day by day, Look at it this way,

In a weeks worth of eating and working out you are still going to burn x amount of total calories, and your going to eat x amount of total calories, so the times at which you did these task really dosent matter,

besides studies show that it takes 24 hours for glycogen stores to be replenished, ( but some recovery can occur within 12 hours at the earliest)

So the rice cakes and carbs in your big meal are going to be burned tomorrow am.....

for some reason this was really hard to explain, hope it made sense...

    Further more, columbus,

I really like how you've set up your plan because most of your carbs are in the AM, Our bodies are set hormonely with the sun and moon, Studies show we have an easier time managing carbs earlier in the day as opposed to night time,

the way your diet is now, you should avoid excess insulin spikes cause you end the day with Pro/Fat meals. If you started pileing on carbs near bed you MAY put on excess bf (for you columbus, this could be a plus.)

Your training should stay the same, dont get caught up in the more is better mentality, I know you feel good in the PM after all these meals, but dont jeprodize results by undoing what you did previous in the morning.....

You at most could lift in the am and then go back in the evening for a light cardio session if fat loss is your goal (which I dont know if this will ever be a concern for you, C.)
