    leg workout

    ive got skinny little legs i squat 280 on a good day...
    im on test e cycle...
    can somebody give me a bulking leg work out!!!!!!

    how is this

    Squats 4 sets 12, 10, 10, 8 reps
    Leg presses 4 sets 15, 12, 10, 8 reps
    Leg extensions 5 sets 20, 17, 15, 12, 12 reps
    leg curls 5 sets 20, 17, 15, 12,12
    work calves every other day
    Calves raises(sitdown) 4 12, 10, 10, 8 reps

    more squats.... I would say do 6 sets of 6-8 reps. zthat is strictly my opinion though.

    umm now it sux but how does that one look
    now i just do 10 8 6 on squat leg press and leg extensions

    More sets of squats for sure. For me leg extensions are good as a warmup or to pre exhuast the quads before squats. But I only do 2 or 3 sets of extensions. You could improve your hams with stiff leg deads after a leg curl warmup. Stiffs and Romanian deads are great for hams and butt. I do quads and hams on seperate days once a week with calves twice a week. Seated calves one day and standing or extended on another day.
