    New Workout - Please Critique

    Ok here is my new workout routine. Do i need to add more, take out some, or keep it how it is? thanks guys

    Mon - chest and triceps
    bb bench - pyramid 8,6,4,3,2,1
    db incline - 3 of 8
    flys - 3 of 8
    rope pushdowns - 3 of 8
    db single skullcrushers - 3 of 8
    regular pushdowns - 3 of 8

    Tues - quads
    leg extensions - 3 of 10
    Front squats - 5 of 10
    lunges 3 of 10

    Wed - shoulders, calves
    shrugs - 3 of 25
    delt flys - 3 of 12
    military press - 3 of 8
    calf raises 5 of 25

    Thurs - biceps, back, hams
    SLDL 3 of 10
    leg curls 3 of 10
    seated rows - 3 of 10
    lat pulldowns - 3 of 10
    bent rows - 3 of 10
    db curls - 3 of 10
    preacher curls - 3 of 10
    bent bar curls - 1 set to burnout

    i'd move wednesdays workout to thursday, and thursday's to friday so you can have a day of recuperation. For chest, I don't understand why you are doing a pyramid down to 1RM week in and week out. Something better would be 4 sets 15reps, 12reps, 10reps, 8 reps. Or 3 sets x 6 reps @ the same heavy weight. Also, I'd like to see a compound heavy tri movement such as close grip bench press for tris. The only other thing I can say is if you're gonna do quads by themselves then you might as well do full on BB squats for them. I'd also move military press to before DB flyes...just some quick stuff i picked apart. cheers
