I have recently started a cycle of Clen/Eph, 2 weeks alternating each for 12 weeks. Currently 1 week in and i can see the pounds shreadding away already.
However, im still hoping to increase my size and am continueing to do weights 4 times a week on top of my AM cardio. However, i have been advised that i am over doing the weights at the moment because im working my secondary muscles to much (not happy wiv size of arms - both biceps or triceps arent big compared to rest of body). I was just wondering if someone could post a good weights workout to do whilst on a cut / point me in the direction of one.
