    On a cut, trying to maintain/build muscle

    Hello,

    I have recently started a cycle of Clen /Eph, 2 weeks alternating each for 12 weeks. Currently 1 week in and i can see the pounds shreadding away already.
    However, im still hoping to increase my size and am continueing to do weights 4 times a week on top of my AM cardio. However, i have been advised that i am over doing the weights at the moment because im working my secondary muscles to much (not happy wiv size of arms - both biceps or triceps arent big compared to rest of body). I was just wondering if someone could post a good weights workout to do whilst on a cut / point me in the direction of one.

    Details on the routine (like how many reps would also be great), read many differing things and myths, like more reps is better when cutting to lose more weight but then others say less reps and th ehavy u can lift is better. Any advice is much apprecaited. Thanks

    #2 can't bulk and cut at the same time
    #3 how many cals to maintain your bodyweight?
    #4 more or less reps doesn't have to do with cutting or bulking...has to do with goals etc.
