i hear that juice will do miracles even if you dont know how to train or eat properly, try injecting 3 cc's of test prop in each calf, then work them out right after,, like right away!
erm an ipod with your fav music heavy squats till you puke and standing raises until you cry not sure what else to say....
I would advocate hardcore training, proper form, good diet, adequate rest and recovery, over just hitting the gear, but if all other aspects of his workout world are in order then by all means go for it..Originally Posted by cowboy-chris
