there are many things it could be....

Improper breathing habits force negative oxygen exchange therefore you start feeling sick, hows your breathing inhale on the way down, exhale on the way up..

Your breathing pattern should be rythmic with your workout.

are you Doing too much too soon?.

are you eating to much pre workout?

are you completely hydrated going into your workout?

whats the temperature and high humidity of your gym like?

I might be eating too much pre workout. the temp is good in my gym without humidity. i should say that im constently burping and slightly spit up threwout my workout rather than feeling like i got to throw up. its more like i want to throw up to make it stop.

I toss my cookies a lot during leg workouts, but that is probably from the blood leaving my stomach at light speed to saturate my ass and quads. Creatine always made me feel nauseated and I can't take it at all.

Not sure how long you're waiting in between sets but when I lift heavy I wait until my breathing is pretty much back to normal before another set or I can get that sick feeling fairly quickly.
