Hi guys and girls,
This week happens to be a very abnormal week for me, schedule-wise. I had a big meeting on Monday, all day training course on Tuesday, and on Friday I'm heading away to a wedding for my gf's friend. I'll then be going to NJ for the rest of the weekend as my buddy's having a get-together at his parents' home while they're away on vacation.
As such, realistically I have these days to work out:
Wednesday (today):
Thursday:
Friday (morning):
How should I arrange these days in order to ensure I have ample rest? I was thinking:
Wed: Back/Bis
Thur: Chest/Tris
Fri: Legs
I just need a bit of direction. Thanks.
