    Lightbulb Critique away...

Hey bros I am kind of bored with my current routine. I try to keep it simple and quick. I have been throwing around some ideas from past routines and trying to incorporate the best parts of each into this new one. Let me knwo what you guys think

    Day 1- Chest/Tris
hammer strength incline: 4x8 (weight increase)
flat dubbell press: 4x8 (same weight)
incline smith press: 3x6 (increase weight, drop set at end)
    flat flys: 2x10 (same weight)
    skull crsuhers: 3x8 (weight increase)

    Day 2- Back/Bi's
    Partial deads: 5-6x6 (weight increase)
assisted pull ups: 50 (as may sets as it takes)
old school tbars: 4x8 (increase weight)
    barbell curls: 4x8 (increase weight)

    Day 3- Legs
Swole Cat's routine...... Ya, you know what I'm talkin 'bout

    Day 4- Shoulders
Smith press SUPERSET W/ rear flys: 4x8
dumbbell press SUPERSET W/ lat raise: 4x8

All workouts will be finished with DC extreme stretching.

    Sooooooo... whatcha' think?

The routine looks productive how’s it working for you?

Don’t change a thing if your getting the results your looking for.

You might want to put a extra day's rest in there if your training 4 in a row.

If your getting board you could put more exercises in, so instead of doing just 4 sets of curls you could do 2 sets curls and 2 sets preacher or whatever you think.

i use the DC stretching to Do your fingers go numb on the chest stretch.

Thanks SPG... My chest, arms, delts, fingers ALL feel numb afterwards but man I gotta tell ya nothing makes your muscles look more full then a few weeks of extreme stretching!

I usually don't go 4 straight days.... It's just a 4 day cycle that repeats after day 4.

Looks good. Do you do the same workout every week. Muscles are smart and need variety to keep them growing.
    Good Luck

For the most part yes, but I do switch it up every so often and substitute something new in there just to shock the body. In the past for back I have switched up tbars and bent rows weekly, but I honestly didn't notice much in the way of growth and my numbers were stalling out in those two exercises.
