    some mythical questions?

    hey, folks,

    what's your say?

Post workout laziness is fatigue from having a good workout.

it's your body just slowly going into a form of hibernation to rebuild and repair itself. It is also a sign that you may be depriveing yourself of sleep.

On your other thread I suggested a nap after your workout. But if your feeling fatigued all the time then thats something different all together.

...to me fatique is close in meaning to the feeling exhaustion, but I'm talking about postworkout laziness after some deep rest or in other words as in lack of motivation or just some boredom feeling. Kinda like when u are taking clomid thru pct phase, do u get?

Isnt it just all your blood glucose being completly depleted after a hard workout. Also your heart rate returning to norm. I find I have more energy after WO since Ive been concetrating of PWO shakes more.
