    Those who use Max-OT I have an important question.

    How do you determine the number of warmup and acclimation sets to do for a given exercise? Also how often do you do max OT cardio?

    ahh yes, Max-OT a spin off of HIT.

    From what I got and did when I did max-ot For warmups, dont put to much thought into it, do a couple light sets of 10 reps that far from fatigue you, then move up in weight doing 5-2 reps until you get to your first working poundage,

    if that means doing only 2-3 warmups, then do it, if you need more than do it.

    the cardio I cant remember, i didnt do any when i did the program.
