    Back Question..thickness

    What is the best lift to add thickness to the inner back...and to extend the lats...hit the lower lats basically?

    rowing and pulldown movements with a close grip will hit the inner part of your back.

    yes. floor deads for overall thickness.......Nothing has changed my body as majorly as deadlifts have

    for lower lats, I find the hammer pulldowns hit them quite well
