    I need help with a new workout.

    brothers, I need help with a new workout. I have been doing dc training the past year and it's time to change it up a little it's starting to affect my joints.
    Anyone have any suggestions or any web sites that offer good info.
    My days to workout are Sun,Mon,Tue,off,Thurs,Fri,Off.

    what are you lifting for?? strength... to bulk... burn fat... ?? i like go to "workouts" and choose from the list.... there's also plenty exercises, diets, and programs
