I tried to keep from making the thread by incorporating these question in my other Cardio thread, but I got limited advice... Anyways, on to the Questions!!
What Pre and Post A.M. Cardio W/O supps should I take??? I read that BCAA, Retain, and Yohimbe would be good for PRE W/O, what else and what about the Post??
Right now I am taking Lions T3/Clen/Taurine and Centrum!!! I also have ON's Complete Protein Diet....
I take the T3/Clen/Taurine/Vit for Pre W/O, then go eat a High Protein/Fat Diet about an Hour after W/O... I have yet to incorporate the Protein Mix...
Also, what brand do you feel is the Best out the now, I still like ON's products and LOVED Bio-Test ( but haven't see them ), EAS was a BIG player back in my day... Oh, also who is the CHEPEST on line??? I know that the Banner above says that All Sports Nutrition is the Cheapest, but I know I have seen lower Prices, lol, but in general, who is the Cheapest out there, does anyone offer Free Ship? Stupid questions I know, but i am a BROKE ASS College student now, lol...
Any advice would be VERY helpful since I am NEW to the Cardio/Fat Burning thing, never had to worry about it before while power lifting...So please help me out here, and I am sorry about the redundancy in asking this question, but I did search and only got more questions, lol...
Also, if you will, Please include how to take them (ie.- how much, ect)....
