    Barbell and d-bells for calves?

    Anyone knows some really good and intense workout for calves using barbell, d-bell and plates? I have everything at my home from elliptical, through machines to the squat rack, but I don't have anything for calves.
    So far I found that loading plates on my knees are pretty good, I can handle this thought my reps.
    Any other ideas?

    no dude... what you do is load up your squat rac or throw some weight on your sholders. then do tip toe raises... lots of them... to make it even better stand on something that will allow your heels to go lower than your toes on the negative. up fast down slow.. basic building...
