Unhappy 1st day back...good and SUCKED!!!

1st day back after 3weeks from tearing my left pec...feeling real good, knowing real well to take it real slow and ease back into it. some chest and arms today...cardio well...went to a press machine, an incline machine and a pec machine. anyway i thought sure light weight and easy, but no..i was struggling with zero fukken weight and felt like someone was stabbing me in the armpit with a knife...majorly depressing, could not even bring my arms back. some decent light bi's and tri's. just happy to be back in the gym. question, do i keep doing these chest excercises building up slowly, if that even works..or just fuk it...any advice from people who been there would be great...
    thanx

Don't push it bro! You don't want to do somthing to put yourself on the shelf even longer do you? No, probably not.

I would say let it heal up nice, go to physical therapy, and just do some cardio for a few weeks. Hell, who says just cause you can't lift you still can't go to the gym? Lose that extra few pounds that may have been bothering you since it turned into beach weather.

all good advice my brothers..oh yes i am taking it VERY easy...just glad to back in the gym at no mattter what intensity just for the midframe of training. i just want to know that it will get better in time. the suffering of not being able to train is far worse than the actual pain.
