    chest... one bigger

    i have a problem fellas my right pec is much bigger than my left and it really bothers me i dunno how to make it catch up

    dumbbells and try to concentrate with left pec during lifting. also try flex it

    throughout the day to get a better mind muscle connection.

    Def. use more dumbells.

    I had the same problem due to a herniated disk in my neck which caused atrophy of my right pec.

    It took about a year of dumbell work to get the right pec back up to where it was with the left

    Sucks, but you just have to concentrate on that side

    Don't feel down.. I have to concentrate on the whole left side of my body

    well now that my wrist is totally ****ed! on my right side maybe things will start to even out cuz pressure on my push exercises on my wrist hurt alot sharp pain dumbbell curls for biceps 2 i can still work thru it but hurts

    not to hijack your thread but i've been meaning to get these little foam rollers that you could easily attach to any bell lift including dumbells... it's supposed to help work your forearms and grip while easing off the added pressure of the weight on your wrist and palm. They are similar to the squat foam rollers but smaller in size and width. may help

    Single arm dumbell press. Great when you get it balanced, helps core a ton too.

    hell..after tearing my left pec 4 weeks ago with the swelling gone down...looks like an avalanch...it's fukked...

    If you have ever seen Jay cutlers videos he does something very ingenious he overloads his weaker side using leverage in other words he has say 275 lbs on the bar it will look like this


    45-25-45-----BAR-----45-45-25
