    Hst

    Has anyone had any experience with an HST program? Good results? Bad?

    Im about 2 weeks away from starting it, and just wanted to get some insight, and see if it is worth the time.

    hey man, go to the forum "lifting techniques"
    and click on midwest viking's post "best technique i have found in 4 years"

    it's an hst program, and a really well laid out one at that, it works great i've used it before.
