    The perfect pushup

Has anyone ever tried a new equipment that help to do better pushups?
Its a mechanisim that has handels in which turn when doing pushups.
Its supposed to aid on doing pushups in a more comfortable way. From what they speak of it will help getting ripped.

    Anyone tried it out?

A guy in my gym actually brought these with him to use at the gym....I asked if I could try em out....... save the loot & do regular pushups, just vary your hand position OR use hex dumbells on the floor

i'm a trainer and i have a set here at the gym.... they are good to an extent, i use them with clients who like stability/core training... it just changes things up a bit, it slows down the movement a bit so it challenges those who are new to push ups. IMO if you want better push ups... get old school push up bars that allow for more range of motion at the bottom and work all angles... decline and such... on one leg... spread the legs go one hand...etc
