    Interesting?

    I read about this a while ago.
    It this training regiment that seems pretty interesting but im not sure if its a waste of time...
    One week you lift heavy with low reps, zero cardio and you take in lots of calories.The next week you do the opposite.Light weight, high reps, cardio everyday and you lower your calorie intake. Supposed to help build lean mass and lose fat at the same time.
    what do you think?

    Sounds to me that some people are trying to build mass and get leaner at the same time, at a great rate, which is not possible, I call bullshit on this one.
