    "The Perfect Rep"

    The perfect rep is what makes you grow it what tears down the muscle its the ultimate in mind muscle connection. The perfect rep... unattainable by nature yet I strive for it every day..... every second that I workout I strive for it the perfect rep. It keeps me up at night the stretch at the bottom the contraction at the top.... can you fatigue a muscle in 1 set? I can.... The perfect rep its what I call the ultimate accomplishment in bodybuilding its what separates a man who lifts weights to a bodybuilder.

    heh it's hard to get the perfect rep. sometimes i go through a workout for the sake of going through it! always gotta tell myself to focus. if you can get the perfect rep, every rep, every set.. good job
