what is you diet.... post that and let people critique it .... that is the only way you can get the results you want .....
I DONT REALLY HAVE A SET DIET BUT THIS IS THE STUFF I EAT.
1 GALLON OF WATER A DAY
TUNA
CHICKEN
APPLES
STEAK
EGGS
HAM
POTATOS
TURKEY
2-3 PROTIEN DRINKS A DAY
Im open to any suggestions or if you have a good diet. Im trying to put on weight so the more calories the better

You probably already know this, but ab workouts aren't the way to get rid of the pouch and flab on your midsection, you do that through diet and cardio.
