Here is my current routine... Just looking for some input on what everyone thinks of it. Just wanna make sure im not overdoing it, and getting propper rest. I dont do any particular excersise on any particular day. I just follow a day 1, day 2... ect... I also like to concentrate on 1 body part a day. Please give me your feedback. Thanks alot
Day1: Quads, Hams, Calfs
Day2: Chest/Triceps=3 compound movements, 2 iso movements just to finish them off.
Day3: OFF or Cardio
Day4: Back/Biceps=2 compound movements, 2 iso mvements to finish off the bi's.
Day5: Shoulders and Traps
Day6: Off
Day7: Triceps and cardio
Day8: Biceps and 4arms
Day9: Off
Day10: REPEAT CYCLE
