    Check out my routine, Provide your thoughts

    Here is my current routine... Just looking for some input on what everyone thinks of it. Just wanna make sure im not overdoing it, and getting propper rest. I dont do any particular excersise on any particular day. I just follow a day 1, day 2... ect... I also like to concentrate on 1 body part a day. Please give me your feedback. Thanks alot

    Day1: Quads, Hams, Calfs

    Day2: Chest/Triceps=3 compound movements, 2 iso movements just to finish them off.

    Day3: OFF or Cardio

    Day4: Back/Biceps=2 compound movements, 2 iso mvements to finish off the bi's.

    Day5: Shoulders and Traps

    Day6: Off

    Day7: Triceps and cardio

    Day8: Biceps and 4arms

    Day9: Off

    Day10: REPEAT CYCLE

    Wow dude your a braver man than I am Quads Hams and calves same day jeez..... My Quads get there own day my hams are done with shoulders and calves with chest =P

    But the only thing I see is you might be underdoing it depending on your level of development once every 10 days is a long time IMO you would have to be carrying massive amounts of muscle to warrant that much time off... But if it works for you it works for you...

    Agree %100... 10 days is way too long... Bi's and Tri's are getting the best of this... take a second to think about that...

    yeah ur right... my legs however grow pretty nice. Ive been trying to concentrate more on arms. I'll switch it up though, gotta get the wheels on the bus moving lol.

    Could throw tri's w/ chest and bi's w/ back, what does your chest day look like now?

    Incline DB- 4 sets
    Flat Bench- 3 sets
    Decline- 3 sets
    flies- 3 sets
