4 day split
Monday- Chest / Abs
Tuesday- Back / Hamstrings
Wednesday- Delts / Tris / Bis
Thursday- Rest
Friday- Quadriceps / Calves
Sturday- Rest
Sunday- Rest
What do u guys think?

Personaly I would loose 1 day of rest,and break up Delts / Tris / Bis tha's a little much. Just my 2 cents.
