    Big Guns

    i was just wondering what were some of your best bicep workouts for adding major inches to your guns. ido standing barbell,standing dumbell,preacher,and concentration and other good ones

    I love standing barbell curls and seated double arm hammer curls.

    any and all curls really. cross body hammers and db preachers are prolly my fav though.

    thanks guys 1 more / shoulders,i do db military,shrugs, db front raises any more good ones

    uhh, how about this: dont overtrain! You should exercise in a fashion that your bi's are pretty much completely exhausted by like 2 exercises (4 sets each) or 3 exercises (3 sets each). I'm a fan of heavy slow isolated movement with low volume.
