Im doing this routine along wtih a 1500cal diet (150g protein, no carbs, high efa):
10min jog
10mins of 30sec jog, 30 sec sprint, all for 10mins.
TOTAL = 20 MINS OF A SWEAT BREAKING WORKOUT.
Considering what im doing, along with xenadrine efx that supposedly doesnt work, how fast should i slash bodyfat? Also, any tips?
