work out routine
my current routnie is
back
chest
shoulder
arms
legs
ive been doing this for quiet sometime and just need a change..
would it be better to do
back/ bi
chest/ tri
or
chest bis
back tris
put in your two cents

has always been a productive routine.
but this is just a routine, make sure your progressing each week,
the intensity is there in your workouts,
and your not overtraining, also make sure the exercise selection is to suite you.Last edited by S.P.G; 08-13-2007 at 04:51 AM.

Try this one out:
Monday: Back/Abs
Tuesday: Chest
Weds: Legs/Abs
Thursday: Shoulders/Shrugs
