do your heavy exercises first....i would definately start with close grips or dips, imo you should save the extensions for later in your work out when you are fatigued a bit..but it also depends on whether or not you need to target a specific head of the tricep, if you have any kind of imbalance there..cause that obviously effects your overall strength..but in my experience..doing heavier exercises first like bench or dips, then moving onto targeting exercises that use less weight is best for adding overall size.

Exactly the order you have them, but I see close grip and weighted dips as assistance exercises for my bench, so I hit them first and heavy, and save the iso's for later to finish them off.

I would alternate close grips and dips as your 1st/2nd exercise and french press/overhead ext as your 3rd and 4th

Do you guys do tri's on the same day as chest?

I typically do chest (2 presses, 2 or 1 lateral, 4 sets w/ 8-10 reps), then I finish with tri's ( 2 exercies 4 sets 8-10 reps). I have good tri length but no bulk

agree, do the movements that hit the muscle group the hardest first.
