    What is best recomended? Ripped

I am looking to get ripped. I have a low bf level at the moment but I still want to loose bf and gain some lean muscle.
What do you bros recomend my weight lifting routine to be.
Low weight and high reps. Or just go normal on the weight?

    Thank in advance

I would depend on cardio to lower the bf, and weight training to increase muscle size. I've never been a fan of weight training to lower bf.

No need to change your reps just go heavy 6, 8, 12, give your body a reason to hold on to muscle while your cutting….

But always keep good form!! if your creating a calorie deficit look out for the big movements be careful.
