Abs overworking?
Im going with a once a week routine for all muscle groups including my abs but Ive heard a few times lately that abs should be done daily or a few times a week. This is counterintuitive to my knowledge of growth, strenuous workout combined with appropriate rest and diet, being that abs are just muscles and i would think the same rules apply. Whats your opinion on ab workout frequency and/or intensity?

calves...abs...and forearms can be worked everyday...there really hard to overtrain these 3 muscle groups...
