Different tricep pushdown handles work different heads of the tricep?
Can you guys tell me what head of the triceps (long head, lateral Head, or medial head) each type of pushdown mostly hits:
1. Straight bar pushdowns
2. Rope pushdowns
3. Underhand pushdowns
Thanks fellas.

Here is what I've gone by if it helps.
To train the long head: (not sure if I'd trust the straight bar to get this done)
Close-grip bench press
Lying E-Z triceps extension
Power lifter tricep push-downs (elbows out)
To train the Lateral head: (rope pushdowns perhaps)
Narrow grip triceps push-down
Dumbbell kickbacks
Exercising the medial head: (underhand pushdown perhaps)
Dumbbell kickbacks
Heavy overhead presses (skullcrushers)
I'm not sure if you'll get much variation from different handles on cables as that may not put the elbows in the positions that are necessary to work each of the heads.
Just my 2 cents

Weighted dips are the squats of tricep training. I put on alot of size since I started doing dips. French curls work well too but they hurt your wrists.
