    quick pct workout question

    Im going to end my first 10 week cycle of 750mg/wk test-e this Friday (last injection). I have my PCT all set up and ready to go - clomid will start 14 days later with nova ed throughout, etc. My question is how long will I still feel the effects of test-e for and still be able to lift hard, and when should I start to "ease up" on my workouts, if at all?

    I've already researched this topic but was left unsatisfied. General answers are fine, I'm just looking for a general idea of what to expect and what other people have done with their workout routines. Thanks.

    You should lower your volume and intensity of training fairly quickly after discontinuing your cycle IMO...

    Have you seen Hookers PCT. If not please click the link hookers pct below in my signature. I like it BEST...

    Also I am having this moved to the workout forum as you should get a better response there .

    In theory your levels should be noticeably lower a week after. They should be down in the natural range 2 weeks after when you start PCT. With more muscle mass you will keep some of your strength gains though. Don't really ease up on your workouts, you don't want to overtrain but you want to go at it pretty hard to keep your gains. I like to train fairly hard natural. But nothing crazy. So that you can go a couple months before needing a deloading phase.

    When I do mine I'm going to try to keep pushing myself through PCT and then do deloading after.
