    Peck fat

    Does anyone know how to get rid of that damn fat at the bottm of your outter chest??? I'm not fat ( I do have a tad bit of body fat but still look okay without a shirt) but that fat I just can't get rid of. I'm starting to worry that it might be actual breast tissue. Can anyone help me out?? Thanks

    As far as I know you cant pick where you lose fat its genentic. Some ppl belivev otherwise

    Usually their are lumps ( if there is formation of breat tissue)..

    You can also Google pseudo gyno and look at that ( just basically fat in the chest area)

    Also

    True gyno ( formation of breast tissue)

    The first place you put fat on is typically the last place it comes off. I carry fat in the pec area when I put on weight as well...it is the first place I put it on and the last place it comes off...

    get your diet and cardio in check and try for a while. see if this helps.
