How to eliminate flabby skin on the arms of woman in 40's

The adminstrater at my job has this problem and she see's a trainer a couple nights a week and said she has been for a long time 1 year or more but I see no progress in this area.If I can convince her I know how to help her I could gain her as a client. She's over weight but not obese just a little flabby. Will diet and training alone tighten her up.

Tell her fat ass to put the pink weights down, put on some lifting gloves and pick up the big girl weights.

Yes, diet and training will drastically help tighten her skin. Definately wanna lay down a solid diet plan and do your best to make sure she follows it, not that you didn't already know that. She has to understand consistency is key to achieving her goals and even exceeding them.

I would probably start her out on some machines and definately start moving onto free weight excercises.

That's what I figured but if she's been training for a year like she said her diet can't be as strict as she says. Thanks M
