    cutting diet

Hello all, I'm 6'0'' 184 pounds natural. I'm pretty lean, I'm guessing I'm anywhere from 12-15% body fat. You can see an outline of my upper abs when i'm not flexing and you can see them pretty clearly when I flex, so I think that's a pretty good estimate. I am looking to get down to that 5-7% range. Anyone have any thoughts on what this will take?

I've already got good muscle mass in my legs, so i'm doing upper body lifts to maintain mass in those areas. I don't care if I lose muscle on my legs. The lifting is 3 days a week, and evenly spread between chest, back, shoulders and arms. I will also do I six day running program. Day 1 is distance, 2 is wind sprints, 3 is running hills. As for nutrition, I am considering doing the zone diet (40-30-30), or perhaps even going all protein if that is necessary? If anyone has any thoughts, especially regarding the cardio and nutrition, I'd appreciate it. Thanks.

Checkout the diet forum bro you'll find all the info you'll need as far as diet there any other questions should be directed there also.... As far as running to cutt body fat will prolly strip too much muscle off especially natty I would suggest cardio being lower intensity keeping your heart rate under 75% of your MAX... 5x's per week 45min Every morning with weight training at night.... with proper diet will strip the weight off you... cutt like a bodybuilder
