Alot of people follow time on = to time off rule ( you can do a search if you want to research this more as there are many posts about this).. But to answer your question you bulk, do pct than take the same amount of time off cycle as you where on cycle. So example 10wk on followed by a proper pct for say maybe 5-6 wks( not really a good idea to put an exact time on pct) than 10 wks off.. You want to let your body recover to avoid possibly messing up your endocrine system and having to be put on HRT for life.. Its not all that fun when you have to inject every week for the rest of your life just to feel normal. This is why people take adaquie time off ...
During pct you should lower your workout intensity and volume ( The reason is since your not using the compounds anymore your recovery will not be as well as when you when on cycle ).
Proper pct and diet is whats going to help determine what you keep and what you dont.
