    trying new routine

Any advice or help would be much appreciated, this is what I'm starting to do
    Mon- legs, biceps, abs
    tue-cardio 30-45 min
    wed- chest, triceps
    thur- cardio 30-45 min
    Fri - back, shoulders, abs
    sat-cardio
    sun-rest

I was lifting in the gym 6 days a week, but im feeling like I am more than likely overtraining and because of that seeing negative results.
