here's my situation...i am 6' tall and weight 220. i have recently dropped about 30 lbs. of fat from doing 30-40 min cardio and light weight with my arms and chestfor toning . i'm not wanting to get much bigger, but just cut some more fat and tone up the muscle that i have. alot of juco baseball players where i'm from, run winny for cutting and mentioned it to me. my big thing is that i'm not sure if it's safe to run winny while i'm doing so much cardio. just needing some help or advise thanks alot!
