I became lazy and slacked off on leg training and ended up not working them out because i had football and i didnt want them to be soar for the games I think i ended up not working them out for like 6 weeks. Im getting back into leg training and was wondering what type of leg training i should like 20 rep sqauts are regular squats the good thing is they didnt lose any size but they are probably weak as fvck right now i just do bodybuilding cuz im not into sports specific training. Can any body recamend a sick leg routine.
