    Leg routine

    I became lazy and slacked off on leg training and ended up not working them out because i had football and i didnt want them to be soar for the games I think i ended up not working them out for like 6 weeks. Im getting back into leg training and was wondering what type of leg training i should like 20 rep sqauts are regular squats the good thing is they didnt lose any size but they are probably weak as fvck right now i just do bodybuilding cuz im not into sports specific training. Can any body recamend a sick leg routine.

    i have one that is "sick as ****".....you should search swole cats leg routine on this forum it will**** you up. This is great to build mass and strength. I have dumbed it down a bit because i include two days leg training a week. One day is strength and another day is fast twitch pliometric day. I need the bigger legs for strength but i also need them faster and well better looking.

    I have been searching for swolecats leg routine but have yet to find it. Does anybody have then link to it?
