    Limited Workout

    What Is The Best Way To Build Mass If You Cant Go
    To A Gym All I Have Is A Few Plastic Coated Weights
    A Bench
    A Barbell
    A Wavey Barbell (dont Know Correct Term)

    if you dont have access to a proper gym, then try to improvise with what you have available to you. I dont have an actual gym available to me, but I have a bar that weighs approximately 200lbs, I add cement or rocks to it every week to make it heavier each time. What im saying is that even though its best to have a proper gym readily available to you, its better to do something than nothing. Just try to use what you have for weights, and try some calisthenics as well.

    rocks and cements.. damn your good.. your real good.... wavey barebell is called an EZ curl bar.. first read as much as you can on excerises.. than go to a sporting good store and buy what you need... play it again sports is cheap used wieghts for cheap... but READ

    I Was Thinking More Along The Lines Of Routines

    When I Search For Them I Always Get Ones That Need A Leg Pree Machine Ect

    I find every day items can make ideal weights sometimes just gotta improvise.And im guessing it takes you a while to type lol?

    use one of the barbells you have with some weight and do squats rather than using a leg press machine. if you cant come up with a routine by yourself, then look one up. Just come up with exercises similar to whats in the routine that you will be able to do with the equipment you have. such as doing squats rather than a leg press.
