    Which training split is better?

As of right now i am doing a 4 day split that looks like this
    MOnday-Chest, Triceps
    Tuesday-back, biceps
    wednesday- off
    thursday- legs
    friday-shoulders, traps
    sat,sun-off

Or would this split be better

    Monday-Chest, shoulders.triceps
    tuessday-off
    wednesday-legs
    thursday-off
    friday-back,biceps,traps

I like the second one is better because you never want to train the day following leg day.

I dunno man, I like the first better. Very similar to what I do, but I get in an "all arms" day towards the end.

depending on your set/rep scheme I like the 1st one better, BUT you need to switch legs to Friday and Shoulders to Thursday.

i'd go w/ the first one if ur cutting and 2nd if ur bulking
imo when i diet i try to work in as many resistance training sessions as possible to keep metabolic rate up.. but then its tricky kuz over training will be very counter productive.

i wouldnt do bi\back after chest\tri ....because your bi back seems like it would suffer because chest is usually an intense workout everytime and so is back...
