    water

    how much water do you guys drink while lifting? i find my self taking a couple sips after each rep...i wasnt sure if drinking alot of water while working out was ok but then again i see people carrying around gallon jugs

    oh ok i was just checking cuz i see some people at my gym that barely even have any thing..i dont know how they can even do that...does all f that water make you bloated?

    drinking water is so important....try to get in at least 2-3 lites during your workout..your body needs to bring the water to match its tempurature before its obsorbed so i drink cool water, not freezing cold..you can never have too much water(wives tales of girls on exctacy excluded)..if you arent drinking at least a gallon a day you need to be drinking more.

    i have trouble doing compound movements if i drink toomuch water.. lol
    i'll burp it back up.. .especially on squats, deads or military.. so i gotta be careful not to chug too much between sets but i always take a sip between sets..

    i drink a 3/4 to a gallon of water at least while im at work...yeah i get the get the burps some times too...thanks guys
